Ally Wilson is a growth marketing expert with an exceptional track record across various channels. She began her career at a fashion startup later acquired by Pinterest, followed by a pioneering role at TikTok's first US-based office. Afterward, Ally spent five successful years as Senior Manager of Digital Ads at The RealReal. Today, she holds the position of Director at thredUP, championing sustainable fashion and inspiring a "secondhand first" mindset in the next generation. Ally's journey reflects her innovation and commitment to digital commerce success.

Ma Qing, CMO, First Card.

Ma Qing is the CMO of Firstcard, a fintech startup building better banking for college students. Ma Qing’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive, and leadership. Ma Qing started her career in finance with JP Morgan Tech Investment Banking, where she worked on several notable transactions and IPOs such as Snap, Uber, and Asana. Returning to her passion for entrepreneurship, Ma Qing joined Public.com as the third Marketing team member, where she spearheaded the Partnership and Creator program and took the company to unicorn valuation within two years. After her success in Public, Ma Qing led digital marketing initiatives at Republic as the Head of Growth. Ma Qing heads Marketing at Firstcard, and the company recently raised $4.7M in seed funding.
